The New Cumberland Olde Towne Association is proud to announce the 24th Annual New Cumberland Apple Festival being planned for Saturday, September 25, 2010 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.  The festival is located along the Yellow Breeches Creek in New Cumberland Borough Park , at Front and Bridge Streets in New Cumberland.

The festival with 200+ vendors, is a craft show with children's activities and day-long demonstrations such as painting, clock making, drawing, knitting, and wood crafts. You won't want to miss the live on-stage entertainment planned for the whole family and fabulous local foods such as apple dumplings and apple pies.

Free bus rides to the park will begin at 9 a.m. along Bridge Street and Simpson Ferry Road/Brandt Avenue . Buses will make stops on the way at sidewalk sales held in the historic downtown area located just a few blocks from the park.  By riding buses, visitors can park further from Borough Park and avoid traffic.

Attendees can expect exceptional hospitality from the New Cumberland community, the smell of apples and sounds of music in the air, and crowds of shoppers toting armloads of treasures. Surely the best festival ever!
