Beau's Story
This 4 year old 67 pound Treeing Walker Coonhound LOVES being outside to run and dig. After he gets his zoomies out, he enjoys lying on the ground just watching things. He does well beside other dogs in the adjoining play yard unless they want him to race along the fence; he’s a sniffer not a runner. He can pull a bit on leash due to his tracking abilities and loves finding things. He must have a fenced yard so he doesn’t follow a scent trail and get lost or put on a long line by a responsible owner who understands hound dogs. He also has shown food aggression with certain people during feeding time. He should be with an experienced owner and children 7 years or older and an only pet.
