cAT Adoption Fees
The adoption fee for our cats, payable upon pick up at HOKAFI are as follows:
- Adult under 7 years of age – $80.00 plus 6% PA sales tax
- Adult 7 years or older – $25.00 plus 6% PA sales tax
- Kitten – *$70 plus 6% PA sales tax
All of our cats and kittens over the age of 6 months are spayed or neutered, current on all routine vaccines and tested for the Feline Leukemia and FIV Viruses.
**Including an additional $30 sterilization deposit refundable upon receipt of proof of sterilization as it is a PA state law that all dogs, cats and kittens adopted from a shelter must be sterilized by age 6 months.
DOG Adoption Fees
ADOPTION FEES Effective April 1, 2015, the adoption fee for our dogs will be as follows:
- Less than one year of age = $250 plus 6% PA sales Tax
- Adult 1-8 years old = $225 plus 6% PA sales Tax
- Adult older than 8 years = $150 plus 6% PA sales Tax
*All of our dogs over the age of 6 months are spayed or neutered, microchipped, current on all routine vaccines and tested and treated if necessary for heartworm and lyme disease.
